The physiological requirements of before and during exercise are different than post exercise.  ATP Beverages™ has two categories of sports drinks to meet these different physiological requirements.

RAZA™ REAL ENDURANCE contains sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium to help maintain your body’s natural osmotic balance. A moderate amount of caffeine helps improve performance during high intensity exercise.  RAZA™ REAL ENDURANCE is formulated with antioxidants to aid the antioxidant defense systems of intense athletes whom exercise religiously.  Finally, RAZA™ is an excellent source of B vitamins which aid metabolism.

RAZA RAZA REAL RECOVERYREAL RECOVERY™ and RELOAD™ are post evercise recoverydrinks. Both product categories are formulated to produce a high glycemic effect, which is important for rapid replenishment of muscle glycogen. RAZA REAL RECOVERY™ and RELOAD™ utilize rapidly digesting carbohydrates, dextrose (glucose) and maltodextrin. RELOAD™ is also formulated with a small amount of whey protein isolate to enhance insulin response after exercise. RAZA REAL RECOVERY™ and RELOAD™ promote protein synthesis and reduce muscle protein degradation after exercise and initiate the muscle tissue repair processes.
